Some things you only learn by doing them.
When you learn by doing, a lesson isn't a video. Tessorio builds you a lab: a piece of the real job, on screen, that you work through yourself. It builds a different one for whatever you're learning, and it tells you the moment you get it wrong, without anyone marking it.

For a cook
Hold the pan at the right heat.
The pan runs hot and cold while you work. You move the heat up and down and watch what it does to the food, the way you would at the stove.

Read what the food is telling you.
Steam, colour, the sound it makes. Each one appears on its own and you answer the only question that matters: more heat, less heat, or leave it alone.
